is a man of faith that believes in the value of people. His compassion for people and to build human capital comes from his own personal struggles. As part of building people, he always looks for ways to uplift, encourage those who struggle with self-worth and negative self-talk and to bring nourishing and refreshing relationships. His goals are to help people discover their identity in Christ rather than their job position, title, what they do or have done, and what has been spoken over them negatively. Malcolm has served as a volunteer minister and chaplain for multiple years in the penal system. Never personally incarcerated in the penal system, he has a unique gift to share the gospel without burying prisoners in what had gotten them there. Instead, he uses the word to share the life-giving substance and liberty we have in Christ.
